Bojan is an L2 CFA candidate and has passed the brokerage exam. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Split, majoring in Finance. Bojan has more than five years of experience in the field of auditing and consulting from various industries. At the same time, he had the opportunity to work on various transactions, some of which include company restructuring, due diligence and company valuations. While working in international organizations (Deloitte and Ernst & Young TAS), he participated in various projects in the region.

Bojan is an L2 CFA candidate and has passed the brokerage exam. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Split, majoring in Finance. Bojan has more than five years of experience in the field of auditing and consulting from various industries. Josko Buljubasic

Partner and expert for EU projects, finance and public procurement

Joško graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, majoring in finance. He has work experience in the field of auditing through his work at Deloitte. After that, he worked in the company AD Plastik as the chief controller of the subsidiary from Russia, where he was responsible for the implementation of the controlling system in the company and regular financial reporting to the Management Board. He worked as a finance manager in a production company from Split that operates on international markets.

Joško Buljubasic graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, where he gained solid foundations in economics, finance and business management. His professional career includes many years of experience in auditing, finance and controlling, which makes him a reliable partner in complex projects that require precise management of resources and expert knowledge of business processes.

He specializes in the preparation and implementation of projects financed from European Union funds, including the preparation of detailed project proposals, implementation management and ensuring compliance with EU financial and legal standards. In addition, Joško deals with the creation of investment studies and business plans, providing clients with comprehensive support in the process of obtaining loans for the realization of their development goals.

Joško also holds a certificate in the field of public procurement, which enables him to successfully manage procurement procedures in accordance with current legislation and EU rules. His expertise and dedication to each project make him a key partner in achieving sustainable and financially profitable solutions.

Karmen Peškura graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, where she acquired a broad knowledge of social processes, public policies and management. She specializes in working on projects financed from European Union funds, where she successfully combines analytical skills with strategic thinking.

As a project manager for EU funds, Karmen leads projects from idea to realization, ensuring their compliance with complex EU rules and achieving key goals. Her experience includes writing and preparing project applications, managing implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluating results. She is able to adapt to the dynamic challenges and needs of different industries, and her work is guided by precision, responsibility and dedication

Expert for EU projects

"At the operational level, Antonio leads and manages EU projects co-financed with grants from the operational programs "Competitiveness and Cohesion" and "Rural Development". During his previous work, he successfully participated in the preparation of numerous EU projects, as well as in procurement procedures and their implementation.

Within the Company, he is responsible for identifying opportunities and advising clients regarding obtaining grants and financing various project ideas, and through continuous education through work with projects co-financed from EU funds, he has perfected his knowledge and skills for identifying opportunities for grant funding, design and overall development EU projects.

He holds a certificate in the field of public procurement.
